Structural composition of double-rod cylinder

Double-rod cylinder is mainly composed of cylinder barrel, end cover, piston, piston rod and seal. The end cover is provided with inlet and outlet ports, and some are also provided with buffer mechanism. The piston is the pressure-bearing part in the cylinder, and is provided with piston seal ring and wear-resistant ring. The piston rod is the most important force-bearing part in the cylinder, and is usually made of high-carbon steel or stainless steel. The seal ring is used for dynamic and static sealing to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder.
