he Problem With Threaded-Only Connections

Wrenching a tube fitting into place, wrapping thread tape, checking for leaks, wrenching it again - that's the old way, and on a machine with dozens of connection points, it adds up fast. It also means every retube or maintenance pass repeats the same slow process.

The PC Series cuts that down to two steps: push the tube in, and it's sealed. When you need to swap or service the line, press the release ring and the tube comes free - no tools either direction. On equipment where air circuit reliability affects uptime, that speed difference during both initial build and later maintenance is the actual point of the fitting, not just a convenience feature.

Straight-Line Connection, Compact Footprint

Unlike an elbow fitting, the PC Series keeps the tube running in a straight line from the port. That's the right choice when you don't need to change direction - it keeps the connection point small and avoids adding a bend where one isn't needed, which helps keep tube routing simple in tightly packed control

cabinets and cylinder banks.

Sealing and Build Quality

The seal comes from the collet and O-ring at the push-in end, backed by the thread connection at the port. If you need pressure ratings, temperature range, or cycle-test data for a spec sheet or RFQ, ask us for the datasheet - we'd rather send you real test numbers than describe the seal in adjectives.
